Matthew 8:1-4

Jesus healed the leper
|
The leper had faith that Jesus could make him clean.

Matthew 8:5-13
|
Jesus healed the centurion’s servant.
|
The centurion had faith that Jesus could heal his servant
with only his words, not needing to touch him.

Matthew 8:14-15
|
Jesus healed Peter’s wife’s mother from fever by touching her hand. |
The woman had to have the faith that Jesus could heal her.

Matthew 8:16
|
Jesus healed those that were possessed with devils, He cast out the spirits with his words and healed those that were sick. |
The people had the faith that Jesus could heal them.

|
Jesus calmed the seas and they obeyed him.

Jesus casts the evil spirits into the swine, then the pigs
ran into the sea and perished.

The woman with a blood disease touched Jesus Garment and
was healed.

The woman had faith she would be healed if she touched him. |

Jesus healed the blind men
|
The blind men had to have faith that they would be healed.

Mark 2:1-12
|
Jesus forgave the man’s sin s who was sick with palsy and
he healed him.
|
The man with palsy had the faith that Jesus could heal
him.

It is amazing and eye opening to read of these amazing
miracles. I love the scripture in Luke 1:37 where he says. “for with God
nothing shall be impossible.” As I studied these miracles that Christ preformed
it was interesting to point out that the miracle would not have happened if the
person he was performing the miracle on did not have the faith that it could be
done. As I apply this to my life today I can see how important it is to fully
trust the Lord and pray for his will to be done and not our own. Faith can move mountains and we should never underestimate the power of it.
